Rate information
North house
- €240/day for July and August
- €180/day from 15 May to 30 June and 1 September to 31 October
- €100/day from 1 November to 15 May.
South house
- €200/day for July and August
- €120/day from 15 May to 30 June and 1 September to 31 October
- €80/day from 1 November to 15 May.
- Rates shown are for the whole house per night.
- Each house can sleep up to 5 people (up to two adults and three children).
- Minimum stay 4 nights.
- Value added tax (PDV) included, city/tourist tax included.
- Children of all ages are welcome (although due to the nature of the stairwell and the open pool area, the houses might not suitable for children under 5).
- Let us know if you will be traveling with a pet.
Booking policies
- Non-refundable guarantee deposit of 30% is charged upon reservation.
- Outstanding balance is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellations
- 50% refund up until 14 days prior to arrival, except deposit.
Checking in & out
- Check-in: 16:00 check-out: 11:00.
